Galileo, the pan-tilt accessory, which is currently in the concept stage, is being developed for iPhones. Galileo will make it even easier to have video conversations and even recording the live footage of your choice. It can be done by controlling the orientation of the device remotely.
The great thing about this device is that it can accommodate tablet giant Apple’s iPod Touch or Smartphones. It works on an iOS and has a trendy and sleek design. The men behind Galileo are the same who designed the Gorillapod. Galileo will be superior, which can give a 3600 pan and tilt at amazing speeds of nearly 2000 per second. It is great to know that it is possible in at all the orientations.
If you have to use it in two ways, then you will have to have any of iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad, which are all iOS powered devices. One
key feature of Galileo is that users will be able to use the 9.7-inch screen on Apple tablet, which will act as controller. It can then remotely rotate or tilt the docked device.
It is also expected that SDK for Galileo will also make its way in the market soon.
